At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the third bedroom.Two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here.Parking is provided for two cars, with additional on-street parking available nearby for free.There is no direct access to the beach from the house, but you can access it safely from the slipway, a two-minute walk away.There's wire fencing around the seawall for safety, but children should always be supervised to prevent climbing.The house is so close to the sea that on rare occasions when strong winds are forecast, see-through mesh screens are fitted on some windows to prevent damage.
