The staff were friendly and welcoming and the gardens were lovely especially in the sunshine.
The room was spacious which is always welcome when you have a dog.
The only areas we would suggest could be improved were cleanliness, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the windows could do with cleaning. There were areas where paint was peeling off on the bedroom walls. There weren't any breakfast tea bags in the room, we had to ask for them . We were staying for 2 nights and the room wasn't serviced.
It just felt like it needed a bit of TLC and attention to detail.
