Ufford Park is located right in the heart of Suffolk, with Woodbridge, Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh and Orford all within a stone's throw of the hotel. The archaeological wonders of Sutton Hoo and the delights of Adnams beer and Southwold are also close by.
Slightly further afield are the area's main town of Ipswich, the sand and shingle seaside town of Felixstowe and the historic market town of Beccles offering great days out.
Suffolk's highlights always get full billing, yet we've got lots of other places to explore, like Dunwich, the town that was taken by the sea, and English Heritage's Languard Fort in Felixstowe, site of the last opposed seaborne invasion of England in 1667. Follow the UFO trail in Rendlesham Forest; take a boat on the Mere at Thorpeness; visit RSPB Minsmere; or spend a morning at the National Stud Museum in Newmarket; and enjoy the hidden treasures our beautiful county has to offer!
