"Arrival tricky but sorted by reception staff"

Easy to find from our arrival at Victoria coach station nice selection of individual cafes, bistros, restaurants nearby. Nice area but also quiet. Easy to access underground or walk to sights. On arrival at hotel the Receptionist couldn t find our booking not been sent through by Off Peak Luxury.. we had to wait in the bar until it could be sorted and luckily rooms were available offer was very good value. Room and bathroom a very good size for London. Sweet little bar area. Nice continental breakfast provided in the restaurant you could pay extra for hot items but we didn t bother as continental more than adequate l the only annoying thing was air conditioning to all bedrooms not working so a very hot night.

From arrival to departure our brief stay was perfect. Helpful staff, lovely room which was immaculate with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. A few minutes walk from Victoria Station on a quiet street. We will return.

Unfortunately the hotel had no record of our booking however a room was found fairly quickly and without fuss. Additionally the air conditioning in the hotel was not functioning but electric fans were provided.
