Located in the Health Club, The Spa offers the most state of the art facilities to take you on the ultimate relaxation journey. Take a leisurely dip in the roman bath inspired swimming pool and embark on your Thornton Hall wellbeing journey in the thermal zone. You can relax and take in the surrounding countryside in one of our outdoor hot tubs as well as treat yourself to a truly delightful spa treatment by one of the professional therapists.

Open Monday - Sunday, 6:30am - 10pm (last entry 9:15pm).

The Pool - Styled upon a Roman Bath, the pool is 20 metres in length offering unhindered swimming or a leisurely dip. The pool hall has various seating around plus an indoor Spa Pool.

Outdoor Hot Tubs - The outdoors are very important in creating a relaxing and unique spa experience. Relax in one of the two outdoor Hydro Spa Pools no matter what the weather! 

Outdoor Barrel Sauna - Bring the outdoors in and sit back and relax in the outdoor sauna with glorious views of the countryside and beyond. OpenThursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Outdoor Lounge Area - Around the outdoor Hydro Spa Pools there is a private lawned area with sun loungers and tables and chairs to relax when the weather is good.

Indoor Hot Tub - Take some time to relax in the tranquil indoor hydrotherapy pool, hidden away from the elements to enjoy in all seasons.

Sauna - Embark on your Thermal Wellness Journey and visit the sauna with extremes of temperature great for muscle rejuvenation.

Steam Room - A humid environment proven to benefit the body by clearing congestion, improving skin health and circulation and workout recovery.

Snow Cave - Inspired by the Scandinavian tradition of rolling in the snow after hot sauna or steam room therapy, the body's physical reaction to rapid cooling closes off the pores of the skin.

Himalayan Salt Wall - The naturally occuring ions released from the Salt Wall scrub the surrounding air of dirt particles, pollens and allergens. Proven to boost mood, stimulate your respiratory system, improve sleep and reduce stress.

Experience Shower - Combining different water effects such as tropical rain, mist, monsoon and cold waterfall with lighting and aromas, the Experience Shower delivers a multi-sensual encounter.

Infrared Wall - Enjoy the benefits of infrared therapy at the push of a button, proven to help with post exercise muscle recovery, relief from joint pain and much more.

Rasul Treatment Room - The mud therapy suite is a very sensual experience to be shared with your partner or friends. Seasonal muds are offered with the aim of rejuvenating tired skin and creating an overall unique experience. (Additional charges apply).

Tranquility Suite - Following your spa treatment, you can lie down and continue to relax in a haven away from it all. This quiet room with mood lighting and subtle music is perfect to lose yourself for a while.

The Gym - If you wish to spend a while toning up during your visit, the gym is full of the latest Technogym equipment suitable for all levels of fitness.

The hotel also offers a Hair Spa  - Home to the Hair Spa, Makeup Studio and Nail Bar, the team of creative specialists are inspired by the latest fashions, trends and products to deliver quality and consistency to each and every one of our clients (Additional charges apply).
