"Worth Every Penny"

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. The dining experience for both breakfast and dinner was exceptional, with a wide variety of perfectly cooked dishes. The spa facilities were fantastic, especially the outdoor hot tub, you could also order a drink and have it brought out to you. The drinks were quite expensive but for what you pay and what's included in the package still works out a good deal. We also took our own drinks for the room which I would recommend doing.

we stayed here for our wedding anniversary we did not get chance to use the spa as the weather was so good. the room was very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was first class.

Spent one night to celebrate. Hotel is lovely, there was a wedding on but they have separate areas. Room was ok, very warm, no AC, just a fan provided. Quilt was like winter very heavy and too warm. We were in the main restaurant, relaxed speed of service. My starter the chicken pate was the best I have ever tasted, my wife Turbot very good but lacked veg and a potato accompaniment. My sirloin steak was poor, chewy and tough, the manager assisted and made us happy. Deserts wow.

We had three very comfortable nights in this lovely hotel on the Wirral. Our party had two accessible rooms which were well appointed, although one did not have enough wall plugs - some were hidden behind a large piece of furniture, so useless! Meal in the main restaurant was superb and of the highest quality. The staff could not have been more helpful and really put themselves out [all of them] to make our stay comfortable. Only complaint was the pillows - bags of sponge lumps! Such a shame when the bed and bedding was so comfortable and of good quality.
