"Excellent reception staff"

Generally all the staff were very helpful especially Beth and Holly on reception who were exceptional as they went out of their way to suggest certain places to visit. Holly suggested Pershore which we hadn t heard of but was perfect for my wife as she loves shopping n was delighted to find a designer outlet there. Beth especially took pride in giving us some history of the hotel. She was very knowledgeable, engaging, interested and interesting. So lovely to see a member of staff take so much pride in her work place.

Really enjoyed my two nights stay. The food was well cooked and large portions. The staff were very helpful. The grounds are lovely as is the views from the hotel. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful building and setting. You have to jump in the car to do anything but when in the Cotswolds and situated here you aren't far from somewhere stunning to enjoy a lunch. We visited Boughton on Water, Broadway and Moreton.

Absolutely lovely hotel with a fascinating history. Had a very relaxing 4 night break with husband and Mum. Excellent food, lovely comfy beds, beautiful rooms in the main hall, molton brown toiletries and huge walk in shower. Really nice grounds too. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were 2 weddings during our stay and staff were very busy but still attentive and helpful. Loved the hotel cat, Bear - very much the elder statesman! Good location, lots to see and do in the surrounding area. It rained on our first full day so we went to the Regal Cinema in Evesham, lovely art deco building with cabaret style seating - a great experience, watched Downton.
