Due to the design of the hotel, this is not suitable for wheelchair users. The hotel is built into a hill and there are steps to all bedrooms. There is no lift at the hotel. The hotel has two rooms with a step in shower.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome in certain areas of the property.
All rooms are dog friendly, apart from the Luxury room.
Dogs must not be left unattended. The charge is £30.00 per room, per night with a maximum of 2 dogs in a room.
Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant but you may dine in the lounge with your dog.
