Studio Apartment
Studios are located just a stone's throw from the main house. Each features an open plan living/dining area with table and chairs, desk, kitchenette, combi-microwave oven, toaster, kettle and fridge. Double beds, a sofa and a flat screen TV make these smaller apartments equally as comfortable. Outside, they have a patio and garden area.
Studio Apartment with a Sea View
Located on the first floor of the Georgian manor house, these Studios boast magnificent sea views over the garden and Gerrans Bay below, each with French windows and a small balcony. Laid out with an open plan bedroom, a living/dining area including a sofa, flat screen TV, table and chairs, kitchenette, combi-microwave ovens, toaster, kettle and fridge. These studios with sea views all enjoy a separate bathroom with large bath. Point to note we can also offer these as interconnecting rooms when traveling with friends or family.
Family Apartment
The larger two-bedroom apartments at the rear of the house enjoy all of the same luxuries with even more space! Uniquely decorated featuring a stylish master bedroom, bathroom, (with shower over bath) and a separate second bedroom only suitable for children (if an additional third bed is required a charge of £25 per night applies). Facilities include a large living area including a flat-screen TV, table and chairs, kitchenette with combi-microwave oven, toaster, kettle, and fridge. Finished to a high standard, these apartments have all the space and style you are looking for to enjoy a longer stay in Cornwall.
The apartment can accomodate 4 guests. Additional children are charged at £41 DBB or £20 BB per child per night.
