The Clipper Restaurant offers elegant all-day dining, with menus introducing flavoursome 'cuisine naturelle' that allows the best of locally-sourced ingredients to shine. 

The Clipper has an easy charm and the feel of being in an English country house, emphasised by its spectacular high ceiling. Leading out to a charming courtyard – with heated pergola.

Tuck into Eggs Royale at breakfast, enjoy a lazy brasserie-style lunch with as many courses as you feel like, make a date for a quintessential Clipper Afternoon Cream Tea, treat you and your loved one to a romantic candlelit dinner you'll never forget.

Breakfast: Weekdays 7am - 10.30am, weekends 8am - 10.30am

Lunch: Tuesday - Sunday 12pm - 2.30pm (3pm Sunday)

Dinner: Tuesday - Saturday 6pm - 9.30pm 

Afternoon tea: Wednesday - Sunday 3pm -5.30pm

Bar snacks: Monday and Tuesday 12pm - 2pm, Wednesday - Saturday 12pm - 9.30pm, Sunday 12pm - 3pm

Tucked into the oldest part of the hotel and framed by original wood beams, the intimate Quarterdeck Bar has the patina of an old English pub, now refreshed as a chic, comfortable, eclectic bar inspired by its namesake. Settle into a capacious velvet sofa for a tasting of fine local craft beers and ales, an artisan G&T or a glass of English or French wine from the well-chosen list. Or pop in for a nightcap, when a tot of rum or brandy is just the thing to end a busy day on the river Thames.

The Clip Bar is the perfect place to meet for an early evening aperitif and enjoy the riverside views – choose from a selection of sparkling wines and champagnes curated by Mosimann's of London or sip on a martini, shaken or stirred, served with locally distilled gin, Mr Hobbs. With a welcoming fireplace, restored wood panelling and comfortable furniture, The Clip Bar feels like an elegant drawing room where we invite you to feel relaxed and welcome.
