Room was very dated an when sitting in balcony you practically sitting on your neighbours knee the meal at night was awful so decided to miss breakfast the only good thing about the experience was the view

I paid for the luxury package and never relieved it, no fizz on arrival and had to convince staff I didn t have to pay for dinner, very disappointing

The attraction to this hotel if most definitely the view. Bedroom was nice but hotel was dark abd dreary and most definitely tired. Staff were polite and helpful but something in the dining room/bar was going wrong regarding guests bills. We had a voucher which included bed , breakfast and evening meal. After having drinks in bar area they charged me for drinks We never had. Then when leaving they presented me with a bill for 60. After a ten minute consultation between restaurant staff and reception they said it was a mistake but no explanation what went wrong. I would visit the area again but would not choose to stay there.

We found the room to be very comfy and pleasant. Balcony was nice and was situated in a lovely spot.
