"Pleasant stay"

Hotel room with loch view and balcony was lovely. Restaurant and bar were also very nice. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was ok. We were disappointed not to be able to use any spa facilities without paying extra (cheapest option is 20 for just an hour) considering how expensive the stay was.

We booked to eat in restaurant as it was My husband's special birthday. When taken to our table we were told we had to be off in a 1hour & 30 mins as they were very busy not ideal. The starter came... we had only finished when then the main course was delivered.

We had a great stay, staff were fantastic, the bar and restaurant staff were the friendliest, kindness and professional I have experienced, nothing was a problem, very smart uniforms. Great view from room and restaurant. Food and drink really good. Hotel was spotless. Hotel staff can make a hotel be great or fantastic, this hotel is fantastic.

On arrival reception looked rather dull and dated staff at reception excellent , our room was ok with fantastic views of the loch ,few issues dust on wall in the bathroom and the pendant light fitting ,rip in the curtains and a bed that had a creator at one side.
