From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome by the friendly helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable and the view from the balcony was stupendous! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only slight problem was there was no kettle in the room. In its place was a coffee machine which, like the coffee machine in the restaurant seemed to require a science degree to get it to function! Thank goodness for the hotel guest who kindly gave a few of us a tutorial on how to use it, A delightful stay and would happily come back again

An excellent hotel on the shores of Loch Lomond with splendid views of the loch. Comfortable rooms and a restaurant with a variety of food on offer. At the edge of Luss a picturesque village attractive to tourists.
