Under the direction of a top Executive Chef, Brasserie 1786 offers the very best in dining in a relaxed and well-appointed restaurant.
Menus are assembled using the very best fresh and where possible, locally sourced produce, employing his skills to produce a fine culinary experience you will enjoy whatever your tastes.
Seasonally themed, with a choice of meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes, all the Menus available in Brasserie 1786 are designed to appeal to all preferences.
The Brasserie restaurant is currently open:
Monday to Thursday – 6.30pm to 9pm
Friday and Saturday – 6pm to 9pm
Sunday – 12pm to 9pm
Newly opened and serving a range of drinks including a large selction of wines, beers and cocktails. The vibrant and atmospheric bar also an exciting bar menu.
Oak Lounge is open:
Monday to Saturday only (open on Sunday but bar bites/ drinks only)
12pm – 5pm Lunch menu and afternoon tea (afternoon tea needs to be booked minimum 24 hours in advance)
12pm – 9pm Bar bites menu
The Terrace is now offering the finest in tasty, healthy light lunches in a beautiful relaxed settings over looking the Welsh countryside.
Afternoon Tea is served here, the ideal way to while away an afternoon.
The Terrace (located in the Spa) is open 7 days a week
