"Not a Luxury Hotel"

The actual accommodation was fine but having to enter our room via an external metal staircase was not congenial with what has been described as a "Luxury Hotel". Likewise with the catering, which we would not rate any higher than o.k. Overall we could not see how the Fenwick could justify their charges and rating.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had welcome drink on small patio at front.
