The Studio Suite is a wonderfully large, light, suite with views up the hill to the Church and across the Vale of York. This is a spacious suite with over 600 square feet of space, super king size bed, dressing room with stand alone bath and parquet flooring. The suite has an en-suite with a walk-in shower room with Luxury toiletries. There is a seating area with sofas, 42" flat screen TV and a private terrace balcony with amazing views south towards York. The Studio is not dog friendly. An additional fold out bed can be supplied for a child. Please note that this room is located over the pub.

This Large Family Suite is split over two floors. Access Rose via an outside terrace with seating. On the ground floor enjoy the Butler's Pantry for tea and coffee facilities leading into a spacious sitting room. The bathroom, with separate bath and walk-in shower is located off the sitting room. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one super king, one twin.

The Pool Cabin Suite is a contemporary cabin with one bedroom, opening out onto the most wonderful terrace with a spa pool. Your very own private corner of the Durham Ox. Nestled between hedges at the bottom of the field to the rear of the pub, next to its own pond with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. Drive all the way to it and enjoy private parking. Pool terrace and 16m square mosaic tiled hot spa pool. Super-king bed, en-suite shower room, butler's pantry and honesty bar. The cabin features painted wooden clad interiors and natural boarded exteriors. It boasts a covered seating area with wood burning stove and outdoor seating. This is a dog friendly room.

The Pool Villa Suite is a contemporary Villa with two en-suite bedrooms, opening out onto the most wonderful elevated terrace with spa pool. Fully air conditioned. Two super king rooms with en-suites (both rooms can also be made as twin bedded rooms) both opening onto the private terrace. Available for either 2 or 4 guests. Additional fold out beds can be supplied for children. Adjoining spacious sitting room with TV, honesty bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The sitting room has views across the terrace, with doors opening out onto the terrace with spa pool. Enjoy 180 degree views across the Howardian Hills and the Vale of York towards York. This room is not dog friendly.
