"Slightly disappointed"

I ve booked lots of getaways with my wife through off peak luxury. Unfortunately this hotel does not fall into the luxury category. The best bit of the hotel was the spa. The staff were helpful and polite and the spa facilities were good. The hotel reception staff were not helpful. The restaurant felt like a sports bar. The breakfast was good but the other food was average. Our room was clean and bed comfortable but it was fairly basic and nothing luxurious about it. It was relatively cheap which made it slightly more bearable but I won t be returning unless it was on a stag do or similar!

Great location for the park and ride into Dartmouth, this is paid for via ringo app or cash. Hotel accommodation of a very good standard, evening meal poor, would recommend you use this hotel for B&B and eat out in Dartmouth.

my daughter and i really relaxed during our spa break. the staff were friendly, natural and helpful and Chris especially so. the massages were excellent and the views beautiful.

We never received our welcome drinks, never told or warned they were having work done and resulted in a very limited menu! The room was nice, bathroom VERY nice but rubbish in the bin . Basic TV, rubbish and cider cans on the floor and flower beds just before you walk in the entrance door. Food was just about edible but had we known prior to our stay about limited menu we would of gone elsewhere.
