Gorgeous views of the Golf Course from the Restaurant - very accessible Hotel down a long lane. We had a problem with rooms on arrival which was sorted out by a very helpful Receptionist. The Spa was very clean and our treatments amazing. The Quiet Zone was a lovely addition prior to/after our Treatments. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Nice food and good value for money all round.

We arrived at 14.50 and we're advised we hadto wait until 15.00 on the dot to check in by which time there was a large queue . Our package included upgraded room on arrival we were advised all these rooms had been allocated and there were no more rooms available.

I had a pleasant stay at the venue with my partner to celebrate her 40th birthday. The staff were great and the food very nice. My only complaint is that the venue wasn't up to the usual standard i have come to expect from Off Peak Luxury, which did detract from the experience that i wanted to provide to my partner. The d cor was bland, dated and in dire need of updating. Ceiling tiles were stained, broken and not fitted properly. Blinds in the restaurant were broken and unsightly and there was one table we used in the restaurant below a window that we couldn't close, which left us with a slight chill. Despite having a pleasant stay and willing to stay again, i would not book this hotel again under the label of luxury, as we found it quite average.

Should not be on this website as not luxury rooms or hotel. More like travelodge/holiday inn. Food poor chewy meat, mouldy raspberry on dessert.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern but quite basic, however Shower room had been revamped recently. My only slightly negative comment is, describing the hotel as offpeak luxury is bit of stretch.
