Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern but quite basic, however Shower room had been revamped recently. My only slightly negative comment is, describing the hotel as offpeak luxury is bit of stretch.

Hotel was OK but room was not cleaned snd towels changed when requested. Also very limited walking paths in the hotels extensive grounds but staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were attentive. The massage was the best one I have ever had with Sophia. Definitely not a luxury hotel.

I ve booked lots of getaways with my wife through off peak luxury. Unfortunately this hotel does not fall into the luxury category. The best bit of the hotel was the spa. The staff were helpful and polite and the spa facilities were good. The hotel reception staff were not helpful. The restaurant felt like a sports bar. The breakfast was good but the other food was average. Our room was clean and bed comfortable but it was fairly basic and nothing luxurious about it. It was relatively cheap which made it slightly more bearable but I won t be returning unless it was on a stag do or similar!

Great location for the park and ride into Dartmouth, this is paid for via ringo app or cash. Hotel accommodation of a very good standard, evening meal poor, would recommend you use this hotel for B&B and eat out in Dartmouth.
