"Chester stay"

The staff and customer service received at the Grovesnor was very kind and welcoming for our anniversary stay. However, we were disappointed that at 200 per night there was holes in the curtains in our bedroom. We were also informed that our room was bed and breakfast but when we arrived in the restaurant in the morning discovered we would have to pay considerably extra for a cooked breakfast as well as any use of the hotels spa facilities. The experience for a bedroom was not worth 200 per night.

Quite disappointed with the Hotel. We were left 2 tea bags & 2 coffee bags in our room. Only 1 tiny bottle of milk. Enough for 2 hot drinks.

A lovely experience from start to finish! Excellent valet service with the loveliest of staff on the door!
