The Arkle Bar and Lounge is not suitable for children therefore we have implemented a 12+ policy.

Parking Facilities

Valet Parking available. This will be supplement of £20.00 for 1 night and £10.00 for any additional nights reserved.

Settlement of Valet Parking is payable at Reception on your departure from the Hotel.

Alternatively, residents can use the Grosvenor Shopping Centre car park.

There is a charge of £10.00 per 24 hours with direct lift access from the car park into the hotel from level 2A

Electric Vehicle charging: The hotel is happy to charge electric vehicles if the guests provide a 3 pin adapter.

The Chester Grosvenor is committed to providing accessibility for all and strives to operate best practice within the constraints of a Grade II* listed building.

There is a separate entrance to the hotel from the adjoining car park with an accessible intercom
Valet parking is available for guests arriving at the front of the hotel.  There is a portable ramp for the hotel's front steps.  A bell is situated on the exterior of the adjacent La Brasserie to summon assistance to gain access.  Low level check-in counter
Easy access around ground floor.  Wheelchair access to all floors in the hotel via a lift.  Lift controls at accessible height and wheelchair turning space.  Some rooms have a walk-in shower however do have 1 step up

The hotel has a very spacious first floor, designated accessible room with en-suite shower / wet room. The room has been specifically designed to be both accessible and of a high specification.  The accessible Executive Room interconnects with a Deluxe Room which is perfect for a companion.

Child Policy

Extra beds may be accommodated in some Executive rooms.  Bed and Breakfast is charged at £35 per child per night.  

For families with more than 1 child, further upgrades may be needed.  Please contact our reservations team for more information.
