Government guidelines are now being eased around the Country Club & Spa, this has allowed us to create a road map to reopen the facilities as follows.
We have opened where possible many of the clubs facilities including the main pool, natural pool and hydrotherapy pool as well as the gym. However the sauna, steam rooms and hot tub remain closed. All areas will require customers to book time slots with strict numbers to maintain good social distancing. The Cottage salon will continue to be open
– From the 1st August our members have returned allowing Pilates, yoga and other exercise classes to commence but with limited numbers. These classes will be bookable in advance along with time slots for gym or pool use.
– Where possible residents should change in their hotel bedrooms and members change at home. The changing capacity will be limited by maximum numbers at any one point.
– From September we plan to open up our facilities to day guests and have a specific range of treatments available subject to Government guidance.
Our Cookery School will be open but with reduced classes and new social distancing measures applied. Face masks will be required by all students and staff initially.
Activities across the estate including fishing, clay shooting, trekking, falconry and golf are assumed all open. Our private walled parkland of 200 acres continues to be open daily with access via the main Estate shop.
As we re-open we will be no longer taking cash and all payments must be either contact-less or pin operated via the credit card terminal.
