"Disappointed"

Jacuzzi the sauna and jacuzzi weren't working. There was no tea, coffee, milk or biscuits in the room. The lunge was cold. No fire on. No christmasy ambiance
"Anniversary stay"

We spent the weekend at seckford hall for our anniversary weekend! We were met with such a warm welcome by the staff who couldn t do more for us whilst we were there! Claire was Absolutely amazing friendly, attentive and very funny.The hotel was very clean with a relaxing feel. We really couldn t fault the food or the service we received. We will definitely go back to Seckford hall. The perfect setting for the perfect weekend.
"Birthday Celebration"

Just the one overnight stay for four of us to celebrate my son s birthday. The staff at check in and who looked after us at mealtimes were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The lunch and evening meal menus were great as was the food itself. The chef accommodated one of our party who was vegan as well which was also great. Breakfast was amazing. Disappointing to find that the swimming pool etc was still closed at the time our stay. Would have been nice if we could have made full use of the facilities due to inclement weather. Staff at checkout wasn t as friendly and welcoming as check in, no pleasant greetings or conversation .maybe having a bad day.
