Can't fault the hotel or service. Offpeakluxury.com whom we booked with, added that bit extra.

The hotel, spa and staff are great but the rooms need updating and the bed was really hard, small and uncomfortable. I would not book to stay here again, I do not think it s good value for money as for the price we expected a more luxurious stay.
