We were not aware the spa was closed this was very disappointing as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. There was no apology or recompense. We were 6 people celebrating 3 golden weddings

It was like staying at faulty towers. You had to ask for everything twice, three times over.

Had a lovely 3 night break at Rowton Hall Hotel! We up-graded our room from Classic to Superior! Glad we did so as room size was slightly bigger! Staff all very friendly and helpful! Food was very nice in the restaurant!
