Standard room
Each of the eleven tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms is different, but all are equipped to the same exacting high standard.
Standard Rooms (One, Seven and Ten) are that bit smaller - yet still large enough to accommodate a king-sized bed, two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. These rooms look out over the gardens.
All eleven en suite bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with large double-ended baths and separate shower units. You are sure to appreciate the finishing touches in all of the rooms, too: fresh fruit and flowers, mineral water, fresh milk on the hot drinks tray, fluffy bathrobes and designer toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames.
Beds are topped with duvets wrapped in luxurious Egyptian Cotton covers - if you prefer more traditional sheets and blankets just let us know. For those mixing business with pleasure, free and unrestricted WiFi access is now available in all rooms, and Ipod docking stations are built into the televisions. If there is anything else you require – foam pillows instead of feather, for instance – you have only to ask!

Overwater Hall - Garden room
Garden room
The only bedroom on the ground floor, ideally suited to ambulant disabled guests. This spacious room with either super-king or twin beds, is large enough to accommodate an extra bed for families. A whirlpool-spa bath and balcony make this room extra special.
Turret room
This turret room has lots of character, with a polished king-size sleigh bed and Victorian roll top bath. Spectacular views through no fewer than four large windows. Arguably the finest room in the hotel.
