We stayed whilst attending a wedding. Because of an unforeseen health issue we needed to have our room in the hotel changed to a cottage which was accessible, as there is no lift in the hotel.

My Wife and myself are really disappointed/sorry to have to write this but we honestly believe that something has to be said. We have used your company many times and have already booked a trip in August.

We stayed at Netley Hall on 08/04/2024; the hotel itself is gorgeous, the decor is lovely and I especially really like the lit fireplace as you walk in. It makes it feel so welcoming!

The expectations were high, the website looks beautiful; the reality was a mediocre stay. Unfortunately Netley Hall had not received our booking from Off Peak Luxury, not a great start! Thankfully, The Burway Suite had not been double booked so we were able to stay. The first member of staff we saw was not overly helpful, the Lady that followed was much better and sorted out the booking mistake asap. The Swimming Pool Suite is a fabulous idea and we enjoyed our stay, largely for the novelty factor.The actual room needs some updating/maintenance, as does much of the hotel once you start looking. You can't check in until 5pm but the pool is only available 2pm until 10.30pm! Thankfully, common sense prevailed with the staff on reception and they kindly reopened the pool room the following morning for us as check out isn't until 2pm. All in all a nice stay for somewhere different but not worth the price charged for a less than luxurious room, a pool room with no thermostat, cracked windows and some mould. Staff were generally lovely and helpful. I can't comment on the restaurant for an evening meal as after the booking mistake we chose to dine elsewhere. Nice to have tried for the novelty of a swimming pool in your Suite but wouldn't rush to stay again

Most sad our anniversary and a friends birthday their room had a bath that did not work dinner didn t have what we wanted on menu but still on the menu breakfast was a shambles had to que in a hallway then nothing left in the trays asked the lady in charge who said their coming waited and waited never came empty tables not cleared while people still waiting to come in no good morning from staff just total SHAMBLES dreadfull for our 25 anniversary and our friends 68 birthday
