We throughly enjoyed our two nights here. The food in the restaurant was excellent on all levels. My wife enjoyed a Spa treatment with Natalie and the afternoon tea was lovely. Freshly made and good balance of savoury and sweet. One minor issue with the room was sorted out by the first class Mark. Staff at breakfast could not have been more helpful and checkout was a doddle. Thanks to all concerned. If ever back in the area would most definitely stay again.

The room and bathroom was immaculate. It appeared to have been refurbished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of food in the restaurant. Ideal location from the M6.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay last week. Everything about the hotel is brilliant. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, the food was delicious and our room was so comfortable and spotless. We were confident to move about the hotel as all Covid procedures were in place and everyone adhered to it.
