Our overall stay was very disappointing. Broken handle on shower door and entrance door to room privacy catch broken leaving jagged metal. During our stay the communal door to rooms was constantly banging on entry and exit which was both day and during the night. Restaurant lacked choice of menu and quality of food not great. Also first morning of our stay we weren t asked what hot breakfast we would like therefore we didn t have one. Very disappointed as this was a special birthday gift from my son in New Zealand.

Booked this for 3 nights for my wifes Birthday and was not dissapointed. The reception staff were very welcoming , the room its self was was very close to excellent, just a couple of silly things like no bin in the bedroom and nowhere to hang coats, just silly things really. The reasturant was beautiful and the fillet steak was so good we had it 2 nights out of 3. They were part way through a change of alcohol licence so there was non available to purchase but we could take our own at no corkage charge. Must mention our evening waitress Jan, she was a delight. Look forward to going back.
