Lords of the Manor - The Dining Room restaurant

< 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 >

The Dining Room offers an individually priced à la carte menu with a view of providing a simpler menu with a good selection of seasonally led dishes focusing on essential quality of these ingredients and the integrity of flavours.

Overall, this is a more casual eatery similar in concept to an upmarket brasserie.  Service will still be attentive but slightly more relaxed and less fussy.

Lords of the Manor has one of the finest restaurants in Gloucestershire – indeed the Sunday Times include them in their review-based listing of the top 100 restaurants in Britain.

Without sourcing local for local's sake, the Head Chef Charles Smith benefits from some excellent local and regional producers, fixing this award-winning restaurant firmly in its Cotswolds territory. Local suppliers start with an excellent local cheesemaker, just down the lane.

If you have any dietary requirements, please inform us in advance so that the chef may cater for your needs.

The new Atrium at Lords of the Manor is an elegant, fine dining restaurant, boasting 3 AA Rosettes.  Here Head Chef, Charles Smith, showcases his culinary skill and mastery of technique in an exquisite 8 course tasting menu. Expect absolute attention to detail and exciting, seasonal food.

Atrium seats a maximum of 14 guests.  This is where Charles will continue with his current style of fine dining in the form of his Signature Taster Menus.  This will allow him to gain total control over the consistency and creativity he aspires to in developing his style of cooking and pushing on ever forward.

Atrium will be open 5 nights a week and Charles will be ever-present, delivering his menus in this restaurant all 5 nights a week.  Atrium at Lords of the Manor will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Service will be the epitome of charm, attention to detail and will anticipate guests needs.  It will not be starched or stuffy however, but the warmth and charm embraced by professionalism will shine through.  Charles will oversee Atrium and will be meeting with guests as part of their dining experience.  In Atrium it is all about creating a complete experience for guests.
