The Hotel offers one room with partial modified disabled facilities for use by disabled guests. Some Deluxe rooms have a walk in shower.

Child Policy
Selected Superior rooms in the hotel have the facility to accommodate an extra bed for a child. This will incur a surcharge of £50.00 per z-bed, including breakfast for children from the age of 4 up to 12 years old.
Children under 4 years are charged £10 per night per extra bed to include breakfast. There is a £5 charge per night for cots.
Five of the bedrooms are equipped with sofa beds, which are suitable for 2 children up to 12 years old to share. The usage of these, to include breakfast the next morning, would also incur a surcharge of £50.00 per child per night.

Children may use the leisure club at the following times:
Monday - Friday: 7.00am - 9.00am, 11.00am - 14.00pm & 15.30pm - 21.00pm
Weekends & Bank Holidays: 8.00am - 6.00pm
Any children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Two children per adult max.
