This hotel was booked for a special occasion- my husband s 60th- and it was outstanding from start to finish. We had the afternoon tea when we arrived which was wonderful and then checked into the room. We stayed in the castle itself which was amazing.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, we initially had a problem with the TV in our room but Adam quickly sorted it out for us. We stayed in Castle View (room 20), nicely decorated, huge bed, nice bathroom, there are tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer provided. The Castle itself was marvellous, we found it very relaxing sat in the drawing room have pre dinner drinks then coffee later in the evening. As for the food, out of this world, quite a good choice and cooked fresh to perfection. Breakfast was equally as good. The best bit has to be the guided tour at 1015, the lady that took us round was very knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Langley Castle.
