Standing as a total sensory retreat in the heart of the Pembrokeshire countryside, the Spa at Lamphey Court Hotel is an outstanding and comprehensive facility, offering an unrivalled experience to visitors, alongside a wide range of treatments and therapies to bring you towards a state of total rejuvenation.

Facilities include a 14 metre infinity pool, a children's pool, herbal sauna, aromatic steam room, spa bath, fitness suite with state-of-the-art gym equipment and integrated television system, weights room, two all-weather floodlit tennis courts, as well as four treatment suites to enjoy a range of therapies and unique signature beauty treatments.Treatments must be pre-booked. 

A range of therapies are available, all of which have been carefully selected for product integrity, therapeutic principles and the results they provide. These include Elemis, Fake Bake and Jessica. 

Care has also been taken to select highly trained therapists and use the most effective skin care brands, with treatments designed for maximum benefit, delivered within a climate of expertise and well-being.

Please note the sauna and steam room run on alternate days.

Children swim times (must be pre-booked): 9am-10am & 3pm-6pm daily

Children under 3 go free. 3yrs -16 yrs £5 Charge. Treatments are for over 16s only.
