Booked superior room, did not get this. Paid for Prosecco in room in on arrival, this was not there. Received it the morning checking out. Grounds were good and pool also. Rooms dates but comfortable.

On arriving we were given a room out with the main building with shower over a bathtub and rust around taps on bath outlook was onto a carpark, did not consider this to be luxury, not even off peak luxury, eventually got room changed to main building which was a lot better. Dining room is far too small for size of hotel so you have to book time slots for dinner and breakfast, not ideal. I have used opl before and found every thing fine but not so much on this occasion.
