Comfortable room but very few experienced staff

Staff didn t understand how a booking via Off Peak Luxury actually worked. The Hotel took additional payment for our stay but did not tell us or give a receipt when we checked out. Contacted Off Peak Luxury who were helpful and arranged for payment to be refunded by Hotel. Breakfast was included in our booking and we needed to be away promptly but after 20 minutes no restaurant staff had arrived just a young lady from reception trying her absolute best. We decided to have breakfast at a local cafe which was actually much quicker.
