The Cambridge bistro is the heart and soul of Hotel du Vin Cambridge. The warm, elegant and informal setting with natural daylight, reclaimed dark-stained floorboards, restored fireplaces, beautiful art, soft lighting and very comfortable chairs, makes for a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner experience - where guests can meet, celebrate or simply pass the time.
At the bistro restaurant in Cambridge they're influenced by both French and British classics, presented really well and served with knowledge. They keep it simple but flavoursome so that the ingredients are the stars of the show, which are fresh and seasonal. With a well-priced à la carte menu, and a team who know their flambé from their filet, diners are assured of a relaxed, unhurried dining experience.
You'll find on hand a Sommelier, ready to advise, guide, match or recommend the perfect wine to pair with your dish and introduce you to new wines you may not have explored.

The bar at Hotel Du Vin Cambridge is light, airy and beautifully designed. Maintaining some traditional features, it has character and style. The atmosphere is energetic but reserved and the bar is the ideal place to relax at any time of the day. Whether you fancy a quiet coffee and pastry whilst reading the morning papers, or you're after an informal light lunch with plenty of options, The Bar is a great place to start.
