Parking Facilities

There is an on-site car park which holds 55 spaces on a first come first serve basis for guests of the Hotel and Brasserie.

Charging points are also available on a first come, first serve basis.

Alternative parking can be found on Old Town Stevenage High Street, Church Lane and Primmett Road.

Disabled Access

The hotel is a listed building, there is no have a lift.
There is 4 groundfloor rooms that are accessible via a back door on to the car park/gardens that gives step-free access to guests. Two of the rooms are Executive Doubles with bath and shower and two of the rooms are Executive Doubles with wet rooms.

Child Policy

Children are welcome, additional beds can be added in some rooms. A childs menu is available

The Housekeeping team will service rooms every other day. Please note that any reservations booked for a minimum of 2 nights will not be serviced.
