The hotel was in a great location for seeing the area. Our room was very nice. We enjoyed the Spa facilities- Pool & Gym mainly. We just wished we could have had an extra day or so to fit more in. It was very busy but the staff were still attentive and helpful. My only criticism was the communication from checking in to the bar/restaurant was a little slow and incorrect. On the first night I was unable to charge to my room even though I had given a pre-authorised card for the room. This was rectified fairly quickly. Then on our second night, our dinner reservation was for the wrong time, even though we checked it was booked on arrival. And the restaurant did not have us down for the package deal and so tried to charge us for the full price of the meal. Once again, this was rectified swiftly and the staff were friendly and apologetic. This did not take away from our overall experience. Still enjoyed our time there.
