Bi-folding doors lead out onto a private balcony, complete with hot tub, al fresco dining table and chairs and sprawling views over the River Mole Valley. There are four generously sized bedrooms, including an en-suite Master bedroom with king-size bed and access to the balcony. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and bath tub.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with a full fit-out of modern conveniences, including breakfast bar island, electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
