"A winter Break"

We always enjoy staying in the Green Dragon as it s in the centre of beautiful Hereford and its lounges and restaurant have been tastefully refurbished. The room was comfortable when it warmed up (it was a cold snap), although we have stayed in larger rooms than the one we were allocated for this luxury break. We had some difficulty with the shower system and dealing with its hot/ cold temperature. The evening meal was very good, the staff were very helpful and the offer of the bottle of prosecco, the wine discount and the meal offer was very good. The buffet breakfast could have been hotter and the sausages and bacon cooked a little more for our taste but we enjoyed the break and the rest..

This was supposed to be a Superior Double only superior quality was the large, comfortable bed.

This hotel has a feel of it being absolutely treasured. It has such character and it is excellently maintained. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food and food choices were outstanding. We didn t eat in the main restaurant because we had our dog staying with us but we ate in the lounge and bar, both beautiful.
