Executive Chef Simon Bolsover delivers a mix of classic and modern dishes created using seasonal and sustainable local produce. The stylish and contemporary restaurant, set in a classic 1920's panelled dining room, will be open to all and takes bookings seven days a week.
Whether omnivore, vegetarian or vegan, the fantastic chefs will have a menu to make your mouth water. Look out for special seasonal suppers throughout the year too.
Please note that all meals including breakfast must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note, the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. Light lunches, soups and sandwiches are served until 2pm on Sunday.
The cosy and glamorous Offa Bar is THE place to enjoy exceptionally crafted cocktails featuring spirits from award-winning Herefordshire producers such as Chase Distillery, White Heron Drinks, and many other excellent and expertly distilled tipples. Fine wines from Tanners, expertly curated local cider, and craft beers also feature on the menu. You'll definitely want to be seen propping up this bar, no booking needed.
The Garrick Lounge, with its relaxed ambience and comfortable mix of classic and contemporary style, is the place to indulge your sweet tooth and spoil your loved ones with loose leaf Trumpers teas, Method Roast coffee, and pastries by Peter Cooks Bread. Enjoy homemade cakes, cream teas, savoury treats and perhaps a glass of champagne.
Friendly staff are on hand to serve beer and lager on draft, a selection of wines and soft drinks.
Unwind after 5pm in this bright but cosy space. Located at the front of the hotel, the Orange Bar is stylishly decorated and full of atmosphere. The fire will be lit to warm frosty hands and toes during the colder months.
