How to get here

The Great House is conveniently situated just five minutes from exits 35 and 37 of the M4.

Directions from the East: Leave the M4 at J35 and follow signs for Porthcawl on the A473 until the junction with the A48. Follow the A48 for approximately 3 miles to the junction with the A473 following signs for Porthcawl passing over (7 roundabouts). At this 7th roundabout, take the 2nd exit signposted Laleston and Bridgend. Continue for approx 50 yards, go straight across the mini roundabout. The Great House is approximately 30 yards beyond on the right. Turn right into Well St. and then immediately left into the car park.

Directions from the West: Leave the M4 at J37 and take the 1st exit at the slip road (signposted for Pyle). Travel 400 yards until you reach the roundabout and take the 3rd exit signposted to Bridgend. At the next roundabout go straight across and take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take the exit signposted Bridgend ( A473). Continue for approx 50 yards, go straight across the mini roundabout. The Great House is approximately 30 yards beyond on the right. Turn right into Well St. and then immediately left into the car park.

Arriving By Rail:  The nearest train station is Bridgend.

Arriving By Air:  On leaving Cardiff airport take the B4265 west signposted Llantwit Major. Travel through the villages of Wick and St. Brides Major following the signs for Bridgend. At the junction of the B4265 and A48, turn left towards Porthcawl. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Laleston and Bridgend. Continue for approx 50 yards, go straight across the mini roundabout. The Great House is approximately 30 yards beyond on the right. Turn right into Well St. and then immediately left into the car park.
