Disabled access to the restaurant and all ground floor facilities is available. However, there is no lift to any of the guest rooms and none of the guest rooms are located on the ground floor.

Children are welcome. Some standard rooms can accommodate one extra child (upon request). Cots provided on request. Children are allowed in the restaurant.
History of the hotel
This splendid house is believed to have been a gift from HRH Queen Elizabeth I to the Earl of Leicester.
Dogs Policy
Dogs can stay in rooms that are not located in the main house. Please call to check availability for a dog friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but are permitted in the Lounge area. Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per night.
