The flowers were very disapointing indeed, a small bunch in horrid cardboard box and no bright colours in bloom. The flowers are now all withered and mostly dead despite re potting at home. A strict dress code should be placed for all Mirabelle Restaurant diners. I hate to dine with others wearing "jeans" and vests/Tshirts and tennis shoes. A collar and tie and in cooler weather a jacket and tie. Despite request a car park was not waiting for me and the doormen/concieage people would not open the car door to help my wife out and into the Hotel. Very poor reception there.

From arrival to departure, all staff were helpful and professional. The rooms are really nice, the pool is large for a hotel - and heated!

Not enough choice on the menu, didn't want to eat in the restaurant for the second night. Waiting staff poorly trained. Jackets and ties requested for gentlemen but not adhered to, saw men in jeans.
