The hotel itself was very relaxing staff very attentive, the mirabelle, luxurious, the bedroom looked on to a very grimy outside wall- window.The food was a bit disappointing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Hotel Eastbourne. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service in the bar and restaurant were really good. Would definitely recommend it and will return.

This was a very enjoyable and different Christmas present. We had a very pleasant 24 hours a relaxing massage and a nice dinner. The room was most comfortable and quiet.

I paid for 3 people instead of 2 and so got a bigger room to accommodate the extra bed BUT the hotel seemed to think this was a complimentary upgrade and gave me what seemed like the worst room of that class. I was able to move to a lovely suite, but had to pay extra for it. The staff are really helpful (although nobody offered any of us help with our bags), the location wonderful and the fact you can take your dog is brilliant. The "cream tea" included in the offer was not the hotel's usual tea, sadly, and consisted of the bare minimum - again, we got the proper tea but had to pay extra. So the hotel was great but the offer from Off Peak luxury not quite so much. It would have been cheaper booking through the hotel direct.
