Stayed at the Grand for birthday present .
Also had spa day there and it was brillent . All the staff are friendly and made us feel very welcome .
I would recommend the Grand to my friends .
We only had one problem with our room and that was the water pressure in bathroom wasn't very good . But did tell them and was told it would be sorted out . They thank us for letting them know . It didn't put us off .
Will definitely be going back.
