In the Garden Grill you can enjoy a menu based around traditional British favourites created with a modern twist. The menus are often inspired by what the chefs source locally, including fresh fish and the best produce that the surrounding Sussex farms have to offer. Dinner menus change daily.

The hotel's two restaurants, Mirabelle and the Garden have won numerous accolades. The Garden Restaurant exudes a splendid atmosphere of quality and grace and is dedicated to the highest ideals of traditional English cuisine with a modern interpretation and influence.
The quality and creativity of the cuisine produced at the Mirabelle has been acknowledged by the Good Food Guide, where it was awarded 8 out of 10, one of the highest ratings in the country.
Please note that advance booking is essential in both restaurants and that gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket or tie for dinner. The Mirabelle is also closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.
