Dress Code

The hotel does not enforce a dress code, however most guests choose smart casual or formal wear. 

Parking Facilities

The hotel car park can accommodate up to 65 cars.

Parking is on a first come first served basis, unless you would like to pay a charge of £25.00 per day to guarantee a space and this must be booked prior to arrival with payment being made directly to the hotel.  

Parking can also be reserved for Blue Badge Holders and is provided free of charge.

6 Electric Car Charging Bays at a fixed cost of £25.00 up to 6 hours charge time first come first serve basis

You can also call hotel to guarantee a charging bay this would be charged at £25 plus an additional £25 charge cost payable locally and needs to be pre- booked.

Disabled Access

Both restaurants, the cocktail bar, and the hotel lounges are all on ground level. Lifts serve all floors including the lower level Health club.

Fully accessible room, ground floor with wet room (Suite). Please call reservations to check availability for this room type.

Child Policy

Children are more than welcome at the Grand Hotel and  receive chocolate milk and a homemade cookie in the room on arrival.

Deluxe Rooms are not large enough to accommodate any extra beds for children. A Junior Inland Suite can accommodate up to 2 children and a Master Suite can accommodate up to 3 children.

Grand 'Babies'
Children aged 3 months - 2 years:
Accommodated free of charge on a dinner (childrens menu) bed and breakfast basis when sharing their parents room.

Grand 'Kids'
Children aged 3 - 12 years:
Charged just £30 per day when sharing their parents room to include children's menu at dinner, accommodation and breakfast

'Grand Teens'
Teens - 13 - 16 years:
Charged just £35 per day when sharing their parents room including accommodation and breakfast.
 

Children are welcome to use the pools from 8am to 8pm 

Dogs Policy

Small dogs can be accommodated in a limited number of rooms - in all room categories. Dogs are charged at £20.00 per day to include a meal. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas or by the outdoor pool.
