Staff were very accomodating & very friendly
Room was great although we prefer a large walk in shower,not a shower over a bath but unexpectedly we had a very nice bottle of fizz
view from our room was great watching the surfers - even if it was storm Bert!
Massages - did a joint couples - loved it
Morning breakfast - ok 1st morning - cold next morning
Bad Points
1st night my wife had Chicken,with a side order of mash potatoe - this was served cold & was like runny slop and sent back to be warmed up & returned as slop/soup.
Mine was the burger - chips were nice & hot,burger cold but after the wifes food, didn't send it back.
2nd night -
I had the beef - sent it back as it was cold ,2nd time still cold but lost faith in the over all experince of the food couldnt be bothered any more to the point the manager gave us a free drink each - in all honesty,we paid over 600 for 2 nights with treatments & will never return - food was awful for the price
