This very welcoming hotel provided a lovely relaxing break. The staff were absolutely wonderful and no request was too much trouble. The food was superb.

We were absolutely delighted with our two night stay. The lovely hotel in a glorious setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Our room number 11 was huge and equipt with all we needed. The food was excellent as were the staff. If we had one small niggle it was dogs in the hotel, even in the dining room on the next table to ours one evening. We could probably accept them in the conservatory but not the dining room! However, it didn't put us off too much what was otherwise a perfect stay.

I have stayed at The Falcondale a while ago and it was very good. On arrival this time we found the room dirty, (Hair balls on carpet) and overlooking the kitchen bins. As it was our anniversary we requested an upgrade quite happy to pay. We were told the hotel was fully booked?? car park empty and dining room also sparce.
