Facilities at Eckington Manor
The small team at Eckington Manor are extremely passionate about food, they know all about the journey of food with an award winning farm, orchard, vegetable and herb garden. The founder Judy Gardner has spent her life working successfully in the food industry; from her own kitchen she started Garner's foods, which produce much loved pickles and dressings.
The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday evenings and uses the very best of seasonal British ingredients. Meat eaters must try the delicious beef which is produced using their own award-winning cattle, which are fed the purest pasture and fodder.
Breakfast includes home-made, home-grown produce – from bread and muesli to preserves and marmalade. With award-winning breakfast sausages and tasty eggs from the farm, this breakfast will provide you with a memorable start to the day.
The 15 bedrooms are each individually designed with designer furniture, bespoke light fittings and some with silk wallpaper. With touches such as Mulberry throws, antler chandeliers and exposed brick work, this country house offers a tranquil, homely atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
The house is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are plenty of footpaths for you to explore.
